Preview of Second Quarter 2010
- 1. Renovation work for external wall on warehouse floors and vehicular ramp will be commenced from April 2010. The project will last for one year.
- 2. Regular cleaning of fresh water and flush water tanks will be carried out by our contractor in April 2010.
- 3. Pest control treatment for tenant units will be conducted by our contractor in April 2010..
Review of First Quarter 2010
- 1. To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Lion Dance Show and Lion Parade were arranged successfully on 19 February, 2010.
- 2. Blood Donation Day was held successfully on 29 March, 2010 with favorable support and participation.
- 3. Monthly Pest control treatment for common area was conducted by our contractor from January to March 2010.
