1. Annual fire drill of all tenants will be scheduled on 25 November 2008.
2. General cleaning of the water tanks for fresh and flush water will be scheduled in October, 2008.
3. Pest control treatment for tenant's premises & common areas will be conducted by our pest control contractor in October, 2008.


Review of Third Quarter 2008

1. A dry drill of traffic accident was successfully held on 21 July 2008.
2. Annual testing of fire alarm system was completed on 26 July 2008.
3. Forklift Safe Driving Seminar was successfully held on 8 September 2008.
4. Maintenance work of curtain wall was completed on 15 September 2008.
